Whether you’re a devoted matcha enthusiast or simply looking for a wholesome treat, this White Chocolate Matcha Yogurt Bark is the answer to your snack cravings. Matcha’s distinctive flavor paired with creamy white chocolate and tart yogurt creates a unique treat that only takes a few minutes to prepare. To take this yogurt bark to the next level, we used NuTrail granola for a helping of nutritious nuts and seeds plus a crunch that perfectly contrasts the creamy recipe base.

Aside from its earthy taste, matcha is high in antioxidants and has a gentle burst of caffeine to give your day a boost. You’ll love how quickly this snack comes together and that you can customize it with your favorite granola, fruit, and even yogurt so snack time will never be boring.

White Chocolate Matcha Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low carb white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon refined coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2 cups plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Strawberry NuTrail Granola, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds.  Stir in the coconut oil until smooth. Heat for 10-15 additional seconds if needed.

  2. Whisk the matcha into the white chocolate until smooth.

  3. Cut an 8x8” piece of parchment paper and place it onto a cutting board or sheet pan. Spread the yogurt into a 4x6” rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

  4. Drop spoonfuls of the white chocolate mixture onto the yogurt. Use a knife to swirl the chocolate into the yogurt.

  5. Scatter the raspberries across the yogurt and sprinkle generously with granola. Place into the freezer for at least 4 hours until the yogurt is firm.

  6. Once frozen, break into pieces or cut into even shapes. Place into a freezer-safe storage bag to store for up to one month. Serve cold.
