This Easy Keto Blueberry Crisp is the dessert of the summer. Seven ingredients, one pan, and our Keto Nut Blueberry Cinnamon Granola is all you need to whip up a fruity dessert that celebrates the season's produce.
This simple blueberry crisp is made with only good-for-you ingredients. You might even wonder if it counts as dessert. We won't judge if you make it for breakfast too!
Oven-baked blueberries turn sweet, tart, and bright in a sauce of their natural sugars. A sprinkle of crunchy and nutty granola adds the perfect counterpoint to the fruit's bright flavor.
All that's missing is a generous scoop of whipped cream for a dessert that's the epitome of warm weather eating.

6 heaping cups frozen or fresh blueberries
¼ cup sweetener of choice
3 tablespoons coconut flour
½ lemon, juiced
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups NuTrail Blueberry Cinnamon granola
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In an ungreased baking dish, toss the blueberries with the sweetener, coconut flour, lemon juice, and salt.
Bake, uncovered, for 30–40 minutes, or until the berries are broken down and thickened. Stir after 20 minutes. Frozen blueberries will take longer than fresh.
Toss the granola with the melted butter in a bowl.
Top the blueberries with granola and bake for 5–10 more minutes, until the crisp is settled.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
